HOTEL CONTRY INN & SUITES
The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson are located just minutes from downtown San José and the Juan Santamaria International Airport. But also for longer stays, it offers very affordable apartments with kitchen and a Presidential Suite with two bedrooms and two bathroom, living area and small office.
The conference rooms come in different sizes will accommodate a total of up to 300 people. Relax in the pool-side Jacuzzi, exercise in the Gym or just enjoy the warm Costa Rican sun at the swimming pool. The hotel's restaurant, has a variety of dishes to offer. You can also enjoy a good time with your favourite drink at the Bar in the pool area.
There is so much nice furniture, pillows, paintings and decorations in and around the apartments and rooms as well as in the hallways that it really makes you feel more in a particular house than in a hotel here. There is a small room near the lobby with 2 computers with Internet access. The comfortable and tastefully decorated lobby features the obligatory fireplace like in all Country Inns. Next to the 4 different conference rooms, there is an exercise room and a Jacuzzi. The Centre-Piece of all is the beautiful Swimming Pool.
The tastefully painted and decorated rooms offer all the amenities one could wish for. Some have bathtubs, some just showers. The presidential Suite has two bedrooms and two baths. It comes, just like the apartments with a small kitchen. Everywhere you find places to sit including on the balconies with view over the swimming pools. The rooms all have very warm light and ripe fruity colours. To show a little this comfortable feel, I didn't use a flashlight for the pictures, which made them a little warmer and with more reddish tone as they actually look because of the reflections of the different colours of the walls, but it no doubt shows you the same warm feel.
