Located in Costa Rica, our hotel is set in the heart of the Monteverde Cloud Forest and Santa Elena reserves area, enabling you to enjoy their ethereal tropical beauty even when you are not out in it.

There are 12 rooms to accommodate you, all with a natural cedar wood finish for a warm, homey feel. Each features both queen size and single beds and private hot water baths.

When you are ready to venture out, our convenient location will make it easy for you. The hotel is just a five-minute walk to the ecological farm and Monteverde Butterfly Garden. For excursions further out, just ask our staff. They are eager to arrange activities to your liking, including professionally guided horseback rides or nature hikes, treetop canopy tours or Sky Trek adventures, even shopping for hand crafted products from local artists.

The De Lucia Restaurant adjacent to the hotel has earned a reputation in the Monteverde area for providing its own unique blend of good food in a comfortable, spacious, open-air setting.

We serve local and international gourmet cuisine, including vegetarian dishes, made with fresh, natural ingredients. And all meals are preceded with complimentary tortilla appetizers.
